Ready to Race Get a Cockpit

Yesterday was time for the second round of the DSTM with race 3 and 4 at the Nurburgring. It was the first time for Patrick in this league and he was able to set his car on P5 in the grid after the Qualifying session, Bernd doesn't get his fastest lap done and started only from P22. Both drivers has had a good start into the 20min sprint race, Patrick was fighting for a podium position and Bernd tried to get as much positions as possible, to have a good starting position for the second race. Unfortunate Patrick gets bumped twice during the race, even the second bump was

really unfortunate, cause Schmucki lost his brakes completly and spun Patrick in T1. At the end of the first race, Patrick finished on P6 and Bernd on P17. For the second race, our drivers started from P7 (Patrick) and P17 (Bernd), this time it was a rolling start and Bernd knows there is a huge chance to get positions but also to lose positions. After the first laps both drivers was nearly together on P7 and P9 and both has fighten hard for a better position, but overtaking on this track is nearly impossible. After the mandatory pit stops, Patrick was back on P6 and Bernd was on P10, close in front of Zemp who was fighting like a bull to get the position against Bernd and unfortunate for us, Bernd lost P10 against Zemp and wasn't able to catch the position back. That means Patrick finished in race two on P6 and Bernd on P11. Overall it was a good result for the team and we're looking forward to the next race in two weeks at the legendary Circuit de Spa Francorchamps.
